Prohibitions
1. Payment of any incentive, by whatever name called, which is not directly related to the respective sales volume, shall not be permitted.
2. The Distributor, including his/her relatives (meaning dependent son or daughter, father, mother, or spouse), is prohibited from participating in the Multi-Level Marketing operations of any other entity. Any violation of this provision shall result in termination of the Distributor.
3. The Distributor shall not list, market, advertise, promote, discuss, or sell any product or business opportunity on any website or online forum where products are offered through auction-based sales.
4. The Distributor shall not, directly or indirectly, compel, induce, or misrepresent through any false statement or promise any person to purchase the Company's products or to enroll as a Distributor.
5. The Distributor and the Company shall not, directly or indirectly, participate in or promote any money circulation scheme or any act barred under the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.
6. The Company/Distributor is strictly prohibited from promoting or engaging in any pyramid scheme, as defined in Clause 1(12) of the aforesaid Advisory dated 09th September 2016 (F. No. 21/18/2014-IT (Vol-II)), whether directly or indirectly, including under the pretext of a product selling business opportunity.
